The chimney extends from the fireplace up through the roof, venting smoke, gases, and other undesirable by products through the flue safely out of the house. - Repointing: Repointing involves removing old, deteriorating morter and replacing it with new mortar that will last for years to come.
- Crown Repair: The top of your chimney, called the crown, can develop cracks that let in rain or small animals. We will repair these cracks and seal them up.
- Flue Liner Replacement: Remember when we said the flue is the part of the chimney that carries smoke and gases safely out of the home? A damaged flue liner is critical and requires careful replacement by a professional.
